Behavioral Signals & Analytics
Find the behaviors that predict your outcomes, then measure and test what actually moves them.
Why the people lens matters here.
Every outcome an organization cares about, from conversion and adoption to retention, adherence and engagement, is the sum of human behaviors. Those behaviors leave traces in transaction logs, CRM records, product telemetry, call notes, surveys and scheduling systems. Most organizations collect this data in abundance, yet still steer by lagging indicators and quarterly surprises. Our behavioral signals and analytics practice exists to close that gap: to read the behavior already recorded in your systems and turn it into measures that tell you what is about to happen.
The work rests on Behavioral Signals Design, our proprietary method for building more predictive KPIs. We start from the outcome that matters, map the journey and the data around it, and identify the few behavioral moments and behavioral types that actually drive results. Along the way we surface the untested assumptions quietly filling gaps in the data, convert them into hypotheses, and design the experiments and pilots that confirm or retire them. The result is a smaller set of measures that leaders can trust and act on.
Our analysts combine research methods, psychometrics and behavioral science with practical data engineering. We integrate data across systems that were never designed to talk to each other, apply cohort and survival analysis where timing matters, build surveys that measure what they claim to measure, and design dashboards for decisions rather than decoration. Every engagement follows our Observe, Signal, Design, Test, Scale method, so analysis always connects to action and to a measurable test.
What we focus on.
Predictive, not just descriptive
Dashboards that report last quarter are useful for accountability, but they rarely help anyone change the next quarter. We focus on leading indicators: the early behaviors that reliably precede conversion, churn, adoption or disengagement. When a measure predicts an outcome and is something a team can influence, it becomes a KPI worth managing. When it does neither, we recommend retiring it.
Behavior over demographics
Age, region and job title describe who someone is. They say far less about what that person will do next. We define segments and typologies by observed behavior, such as how people explore, hesitate, commit or drift away, because behavioral types point directly to the design changes, messages and service moments that can shift their trajectory.
Evidence you can act on
Analysis is only finished when it produces a decision or a test. Each finding we deliver is paired with a hypothesis, a proposed intervention and an experiment design, including sample size, primary metric and guardrails. Leaders get clarity about what is known, what is assumed and what is worth testing next, instead of another report that sits unread.

Find the specific moments where prospects commit or drift away across digital, phone and in-person channels, and design tested changes that improve conversion.
ExploreExperimentation & A/B Testing
Design experiments and pilots that produce clear, trustworthy answers, with proper power, guardrail metrics and behavioral hypotheses, in digital and offline settings.
ExploreBehavioral Segmentation
Group customers, users, members and patients by how they actually behave, so every journey, message and service moment fits the people it is meant to reach.
ExploreSurvey & Measurement Design
Build surveys and measurement instruments that are reliable, valid and ready to inform decisions, grounded in psychometrics rather than in guesswork.
